Upgrades at Cushing Youth and Community Center have hit rock bottom.

Cushing Board of Commissioners on Monday approved a contract with Campbell Brothers of Stillwater for the purchase and installation of carpet, base and tile for the CYCC and Cushing Police Department. Campbell Brothers’ was deemed the lowest and best bid of three submitted. Neither Short’s Carpet nor Sherwin-Williams of Cushing made bids on the project.
