Two Cushing women have paraphrased a gospel hymn in hopes of encouraging youngsters to participate in a seasonal event.
Holly Tichenor and Suzanne Morrison will corroborate on a Christmas concert of the Cushing Community Choir.
The concert is 3 p.m. Dec. 21 at First Presbyterian Church, 301 E. Moses St.
Tichenor, executive director of the Cushing Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a piano instructor, has spent the last 25 years playing piano at First Presbyterian.
