    CREEK COUNTY — A contractor from Bristow is facing more than a dozen felony embezzlement charges after being accused of taking more than a million dollars from customers across four counties.

    Charges were filed on August 12 against Todd Douglas Briggs, who operates T Briggs Construction and Oasis Pools and Outdoor Living.
