CUSHING - After four days of voluntary boil restrictions, water rationing and complete water outage, the City of Cushing’s water treatment and distribution system is 100 percent back online, providing safe and clean drinking water to the residents and businesses of Cushing, according to interim City Manager Derek Griffith.
