STILLWATER – A 65-year-old Tulsa man, who waived his right to a jury trial, has pleaded guilty to repeatedly sexually abusing a 16-year-old relative when he lived in Cushing in 2023, court records show.
Thomas Wayne Spencer was jailed for a year on $150,000 bond until last August when he was released on $15,000 cash bail with an ankle monitor, court records show.
