CUSHING - Republican Dr. Randy Grellner, of Cushing, announced late last week his intent to run for Oklahoma State Senate, representing District 21, in a bid to fill the seat currently held by Sen. Tom Duggar, R-Stillwater.
In September of this year, Duggar announced his retirement. Elected in 2016, Dugger said he would complete this third term, which ends in November of 2024.
