OKLAHOMA CITY — A new state audit found that Circuit Engineering District 5 properly protected public money and kept accurate financial records during the last fiscal year.
The audit, released by the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector, covered the period from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. It reviewed how the district handled its funds and whether it followed state laws.
