STILLWATER -- A 26-year-old Yale woman accused of beating a neighbor's mailbox, obstructing a Yale officer and physically attacking him has been jailed on $35,000 bond pending an April 1 court appearance.
If convicted of all three counts, Kelsi Dawn Johnson could be incarcerated for seven years and fined $1,500, court records show.
