OKLAHOMA CITY — Receipts climbed modestly at the Oklahoma National Stockyards on Sept. 29, but the tone was subdued as feeder cattle traded steady to three dollars lower in a light test and calf prices fell five to ten dollars on generally lower quality offerings.
