STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday approved a contract to purchase a parking lot at 7th and Duck owned by the First United Methodist Church of Stillwater for $375,000.
The property was listed for sale at $420,000. Additionally, the Commissioners approved of having an appraisal done on the Bernhardt property at 7th and Duck.
