Oil prices climbed to a three month high Tuesday, in anticipation of an agreement later this week among the members of OPEC+ to extend production reductions.
WTI gained 72 cents, climbing to $36.16 a barrel late Tuesday, while Brent crude was trading at just over $39 a barrel. Even with the increases, oil prices are still 40 percent lower this year than last.
