The Payne County Commissioners learned Monday that someone painted graffiti on a county bridge, and a reward is being offered to help lead to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed the damage.
“We are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever painted the swastika on the Dunkin Road bridge,” said District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett.
