Hangar licensees and city at odds over guideline enforcement

Over the last 20 years, the Cushing Municipal Airport accepted over $5.3 million dollars of grant money from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). With that, comes some assurances that need to be responded to every year, according to City Manager Terry Brannon.
