Dustin Wayne Ivey Sr. • November 14, 1973 - February 8, 2021

Dustin Wayne Ivey Sr., 47, passed away on February 8,2021 in Tulsa, OK surrounded by family. Dustin was born on November 14, 1973 in Vinita, OK and was raised in Cushing, OK where he spent his childhood and school years before traveling the states for work in the field of Fire Protection, where he met his wife over 20 years ago. He had a love of traveling and shortly after, found his passion working in the Pipeline Industry and was dedicated to making a career in Oil and Gas which took him and his family on many adventures across the United States meeting many amazing lifelong friends. He loved the outdoors, spending time with family at Keystone Lake, fishing, hunting and off roading with his son, Catfish. He was a movie buff and a die-hard OSU fan. He was a BBQ master and loved nothing more than being with family and friends and cooking and hosting for them. He was the absolute best storyteller and always had a joke guaranteed to make you laugh. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, friend, and coworker and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Sally and father, John McColey; wife; Kristy; 5 children, Cylie (Charlie), Ciara (Josh), Harlie (Caleb aka Skinny), Dustin Jr aka Catfish and Abby(Boo Bear); 3 Grandchildren, Maycee, Trent’n and Amy Jo; sister, Ryan Music (Jake) and brother, Kyle (Mikala); niece, Brooklyn (Michael), Mara and nephew Noah; host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who were like family.

We will be celebrating Dustin’s life on March 27th, 2pm at Keystone State Park in Mannford, OK.
