Mark Paul Lauderdale of Yale pled guilty to two counts of embezzlement in excess of $25,000 on Friday, May 28, in the district court of Payne County.
Initially, on Sept. 27, 2018 Lauderdale entered a plea of not guilty. An agreed order for restitution was filed in 2020 on Sept.10. According to this document restitution sum of $58,417 is to be paid by the defendant.
