Bristow’s Lou Malinchak, flying a Titan T-51D three-quarter-scale Mustang, starts a strafing run as part of the 45th Infantry Division’s World War II reenactment during the Cushing Fly-in Saturday at Cushing airport. More than 4,000 people attended the event and Airport Manager Mike Middleton said that Sunday’s heat probably kept crowds down on that final day.
