Oklahoma State Department of Health as of Oct. 18, reports the total cases of COVID-19 in the state of Oklahoma at 584,692. There has been an increase of 41 active cases bringing the current active cases to 23,492. There have been 552,719 recoveries reported. There have been 628 more deaths attributed to COVID_19 since last week, bringing the death count up to 8,440 since testing began.
