Cushing police officers recently had to use a boat to retrieve a Broken Arrow man from a pond as he unsuccessfully attempted to negotiate his way out of being arrested.
On Oct. 27, around 5 p.m. CPD Officer Alex McKean was dispatched to a disturbance call due to an altercation between Garrett Petray, 31, Broken Arrow, and another individual.
