A hit-and-run fatality collision occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 2, on the Turner Turnpike westbound just west of the 183 mile marker in Stroud according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Russell Mitchell, 49, of Glencoe was struck by an unknown motor vehicle in the westbound lanes of the Turner Turnpike.
