Perkins police received an anonymous tip last week that led them to to a residence where they discovered explosive materials and make-shift pipe bombs and a home-made hand grenade in a rural home.
According to court documents, Cade Wells, rkins was charged on August 30 with manufacturing an explosive, which could mean for Wells, a sentence up to 10 years.
