Ray and Tricia McGinnis, of Cushing, Presented to Julia Crews, of Norman, the Scott A. McGinnis Memorial Scholarship at OSU’s Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architectures 47th Annual awards ceremony held Saturday, August 27. Scott was a 1997 graduate of Cushing High School who found his career passion in working turf grass on sports fields.
