Hannah Beene Hurdle grew up in Cushing. She graduated from Cushing High School in 2013 and then from Oklahoma State University in 2017. It was while attending OSU and taking a creative writing class that she realized how much she enjoyed writing. This prompted her to start writing about her then boyfriend’s, now husband’s two malemute/wolf dogs. They w2ere very adventurous.
