Vicki Cauthon passed away on January 20, 2023, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing. To honor Vicki’s request, she wished to be cremated, no services are planned.
Vicki was born on June 18, 1943, in Morgantown, Indiana to parents Lennis and Evelyn (Peek) Woods. She graduated from Morgantown High School and was a member of the Morgantown Christian Church. She married Wayne Kemp and had two children, Shawn L___ and Bradley Wayne. Later she married C.D. Cauthon on January 1, 1976 and together they shared 47 wonderful years. She was a formal member of the WPRA Rodeo Association, Senior Pro Rodeo Associations, and one of the founding members of OPRA Barrel Racing Association.
