The Payne County Board of Commissioners Tuesday approved a juvenile detention services agreement by and between the Payne County Commissioners and the Creek County Board of Commissioners.
“It is for $85 a day,” said District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett. “I don’t know that we have used them ever, but it is always good to have an option if there is nobody else that can take them (juveniles).”
