The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday signed a $13.2 million bid from Motorola Solutions for a new radio network to be used by emergency service entities.
The Commissioners also approved a proposal to provide implementation support by Tusa Consulting Services to Payne County for Phase 3 implementation of the radio network project.
