Dionne Lee Craig, the daughter of Don and Trudy (Hawes) Mc Whirt, was born on February 6, 1968, in Cushing, Oklahoma. She departed this life on March 21, 2023, in Cushing at the age of 55 years.
Dionne was raised in Cushing, graduating from Cushing High School with the class of 1986. She then attended Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelors in Fine Arts.
She loved traveling and spending time with her granddaughter, Sage.
Dionne is survived by her two daughters, Hailey Thompson and husband, Bryson, and Rachel Craig; her mother, Trudy McWhirt; granddaughter, Sage Thompson, and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don McWhirt.
Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 27, 2023, in the Chapel of the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home.
