A Cushing Public School Board of Education meeting held on April 11 — one week after Dr. Brian Zwanziger was voted into open seat 3 — had a qualification hearing in regard to his candidacy listed on it. Zwanziger reluctantly declined to serve on seat 3 prior to the hearing before he even had a chance to be administered the oath of office.
