CUSHING — The City of Cushing Board of Commissioners discussed changing the Charter as it pertains to spending limits during their regular meeting on Monday, Dec. 18. According to City Manager Terry Brannon, a commissioner brought up the possibility of changing the spending limits and the discussion was placed on the agenda.
