OKLAHOMA CITY — Circuit Engineering District No. 5 recently passed inspection by State Auditor and Inspector Cindy Byrd.
Engineering District No. 5 is made up of seven counties, Payne, Logan, Canadian, Oklahoma,, Cleveland, McClain, and Garvin.
Each district elects officers from each county to serve on the board. Payne County is represented in District No. 5 by County Commissioner Zach Cavett.
