PAYNE COUNTY - On the June 18 ballot, Payne County saw a handful of tight races this election, and a few landslide wins.
For the statewide election of cooperation commissioner, J. Brian Bingman won with 126,778 votes (53.42 percent), 2,848 of which were cast by Payne County residents.
