Red tape grounds Cushing airport from state’s 5-year aviation plan

    CUSHING — The Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics (ODAA) recently announced its five-year Airport Construction Program which outlines more than $353 million in planned investments across 67 Oklahoma communities — Cushing Municipal Airport was absent from the list.
