STILLWATER — The Payne County Board of Commissioners last week approved a permit agreement for installation of equipment on premises between Grand River Dam Authority and the Board of Commissioners.
“This agreement allows us to put our radio equipment in and on the tower that Grand River Dam Authority owns near Cushing,” said District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett.
