STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday approved a road closure request for the Seventh Annual Panther Prowl 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 21 in Glencoe.
The Commissioners approved the road closing on Lone Chimney Road from State Highway 108 to Bethel Road from 6:55 a.m. to 8:05 a.m.
