A life well-lived deserves to be celebrated and remembered. In loving memory of Hazel W. Cusac, who passed away peacefully at home August 9 at age 105, family and friends invite you to a memorial service and celebration of her life, to be held September 12 at First United Methodist Church in Cushing at 2 p.m. We’ll gather after the service at the church for light refreshments and fellowship, then family will proceed to Fairlawn Cemetery for a private internment and prayer. In lieu of flowers, Hazel requested that donations be made to her beloved church or to your favorite charity.
