The Payne County Fair normally attracts between 25,000 and 30,000 people to Stillwater, but this year those numbers will be less due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Payne County Fair Board previously approved modifi cations to the fair scheduled for Aug.25-29 at the Payne County Expo Center. This year's fair will include only select livestock competitions and 4-H projects.
