Bids to completely rework a little more than three miles of SH51 west of Yale have been opened.
According to a preliminary bid opening report from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, four construction companies bid on the project, which is a full grade, drain and resurfacing of SH51 from the intersection with SH18 west of Yale, extending three miles to the east to the Town of Yale.
