CUSHING — Cushing City Manager Terry Brannon delivered what he called his last state of the city address in front of a full house at the Fechner Event Center last Wednesday.
Brannon said that he would be transitioning out.
Brannon looked back at the last six years, saying that the city has grown exponentially in projects completed and things that the city administration has invested in.
