Matthew William Smith, of Mannford, was arrested July 13 by Tulsa County’s Child Predator Unit.
Smith, 52, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals and booked into the Tulsa County jail. He is charged with lewd proposals to a child, exhibiting obscene materials to a child, and using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor.
