STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday declared H&G Paving of Muskogee was in default of a contract with the county concerning a road paving project in District 3.
The Commissioners also met in executive session to discuss a lawsuit filed against the county from H&G Paving over the Commissioner’s declaration of contract default against the company. No action was taken.
