STILLWATER — The Payne County Board of Commissioners on Monday approved an agreement with Canadian County Juvenile Detention Services.
The agreement, between the Board of Commissioners of Canadian County and the Board of Commissioners of Payne County, sets the daily cost at $36 per juvenile, according to District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett.
