STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday voted 2-1 to approve a tax incentive for the City of Stillwater’s proposed data center complex.
District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett and District 2 Commissioner Seth Condley voted in favor of it and District 3 Commissioner Rhonda Markum voted against it.
