A Cushing man is facing charges of cattle theft after officials say he stole a half dozen cows from a farm in rural Payne County in February.
According to court documents, Leonard Hayden Hargrove, 20, of Cushing, stole three cows on Feb. 1 and three more cows on Feb. 4 from the same property.
