CUSHING — A Cushing man was arrested and charged last week with child sexual abuse after a weekslong Payne County Sheriff’s Office Investigation.
Richard Ferris Thackray, III, 70, was taken into custody Tuesday, Sept. 25 and posted a $15,000 cash bond Wednesday and was released.
