CUSHING — School districts across the state applied for the Aerospace and Aviation Education Grant Program to fund the implementation of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) “You Can Fly” curriculum. Cushing High School was one of 47 schools to have funding approved during the regular meeting of the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission (OAC) held last Wednesday on August 9.
