CUSHING — On the Fourth of July, Broadway in downtown Cushing will become something more than a street.
It will become a parade route, a concert hall, a kids’ zone, a veterans’ tribute, a community stage, a supper table, a dance floor and, if organizers get the night they are dreaming about, one of the most memorable places in Oklahoma to watch America turn 250 years old.
