A Drumright man was arraigned last week in US District Court on federal charges alleging he stole oil and gas products while being employed by the company he victimized.
David Owen West, 59, faces 25 counts of mail fraud and fi ve counts of engaging in unlawful monetary transactions after charges against him were unsealed Tuesday in federal court in Tulsa.
