Two elderly men drowned at Keystone Lake Monday when their boat capsized about a mile east of Cowskin Bay Ramp, 40 feet north of the south shore according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol’s Marine Enforcement Division.
The drowning occurred at approximately 4:55 p.m.
