SAPULPA - The Creek County Board of Commissioners Monday appointed Rick Engleman as the new County Treasurer, who replaces Don Engle, who recently passed away.
“Rick Engleman is currently the chairman of our excise board.,” said District 2 Commissioner Leon Warner. “He's resigning that position and we're going to appoint him as the treasurer. He'll start September 1.”
