STILLWATER — The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday approved a contract with Firebrand Construction LLC of Stillwater for the renovation of the third floor of the County Administration Building.
The contract was for just under $1.3 million, District 1 Commissioner Zach Cavett said.
He expects construction work to begin in February or March.
