STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday appointed Roger Gose to the County Excise Board replacing Becky Teague who resigned.
Gose has provided engineering services to Central Oklahoma since 1983. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Engineering in 1973 and his Masters of Science in Agricultural Engineering in 1974, both from Oklahoma State University.
